French School, early 20th century. "Lady in Hat with Blue Bow", pastel, apparently unsigned. An oval format portrait of a young beauty in 18th century French style with coifed powdered hair under wide brimmed hat bearing large blue bow, her body draped in effervescent white and set before an ethereal landscape background. Framed approximately 22.75" x 30.25".
