ENGLISH SILVERPLATE COVERED ENTRÉE/WELL-AND-TREE PLATTER, EARLY 20TH C. , W 14 1/2", L 28 1/2":Well-and-tree at the center flanked by covers, one cover opens to two sections; the handles of the covers detach to form serving dishes when inverted; leaf, scroll and floral motifs along the border, raised on four scroll feet. Unidentified manufacturer's mark includes a crown and SGCP in Gothic script.
