SILK & GOLD THREAD PRAYER RUG, 53 1/4" X 36 1/4":Having central design of which three quarters of the field are in cream and the upper corners in turquoise. The central portion is covered by floral, foliage and bird motifs. Surrounding the main design is: a red border; a turquoise border; a wide border with gold thread and navy fields with red floral medallions, birds and vine motifs; another turquoise border with floral motif; a small red border with geometric motif; and finally a navy border. Just above the tassels on each end is a slight border, of a cream field, with small diamonds of blues and red.
