Connie Burnett-Ferraro (Contemporary American). Group of three 20th century landscapes including two ink washes--one of a Victorian home, signed lower right "C. Burnett"; and the other with two figures seated in a landscape marked with buildings at the top of a cliff, signed lower left "C. Burnett". The last work is a vertically-aligned pencil sketch of a building on 79th Street, signed lower left "Connie Burnett" and titled and dated lower right "79th St. 8/1/85". All works contained in matted and glazed frames. The pencil work framed measures 22 inches x 19.25 inches. Image size 12.25 inches x 9.75 inches.
