RICHARD JERZY (MI/AMER. 1944-2001), INK DRAWING IN BLACK AND WHITE, 9" X 9", MAN IN SUIT WITH HAT:Signed lower-mid within the image. Matted and framed underglass. Black and white ink, monochromatic. Jerzy grew up on Detroit's east side and developed an interest in painting as a teen-ager. He attended Detroit's Center for Creative Studies. The fine arts institution later hired him as a painting professor, a position he held for about 30 years.
