Set of 8 George III style mahogany carved dining chairs comprising of 2 arm and 6 side chairs, all with foliate carved and scrolled crestrail over a interlaced and foliate carved, pierced splat and black suede trapezoidal drop in seat above foliate carved apron raised on cabriole legs carved at the knee and terminating in front claw and ball feet. Armchair height 40", width 24.5" (arm to arm), seat depth 17", seat height 18". Side chair height 39.5", width 22", seat depth 16, seat height 118". Provenance: Williams Antiques, Atlanta, Ga. 30319.
