AFTER MARIUS VALLET, BRONZE SCULPTURE OF "PRINCESS LOINTAINE," LATE 19TH CENTURY, H 25":Unsigned. Figure of a woman wearing a long gown with her eyes cast downward. In a brown patina. Impressed "Liberty" on back of sash. Depicting the Princess Lointaine from Rostand's drama played by Sarah Bernhardt. In Good Condition. Marble base is 7" in diameter, Bronze base is 6 1/2" in diameter. Might be a Restrike.
