AFTER FERNAND TOUSSAINT (BELGIAN 1873-1955), PRINT, 31" X 25", YOUNG WOMAN STUDYING:Image of a young woman in a creamy colored gossamer gown who holds a magnifying glass in her right hand as she studies a plethora of Japanese woodblock prints. The interest of Japanese culture is continued at the foot of the bed where a Japanese Geisha doll rests. The lower left corner reads "Fernand Toussaint". The print is nicely contained within a wood and gesso frame.
