Important Pennsylvania Lititz Moravian Girls' School silk, chenille, spangles, and paint on silk needlework picture inscribed on the tablet "Hannah Mary M'Conaughy Litiz May 1825" , the two central figures representing Palemon and Lavinia from the poem Autumn , situated in a pastoral landscape with farm house and mountainous background, retaining its original gilt frame, 17 1/4" dia. , 20 1/2" x 20 1/2" overall.
