GERMAN SILVER-GILT GOBLET WITH LID, MUNICH, 1833, H 12":1833 Carefully inscribed about circumference:. "Dem unvergefslichen Landgerichts Vorstande Philipp Grafen von Lerchenfeld von den dankbaren Gemeinden des Landgerichts Erding 1833" Maker "C.S". Gold plated interior. Three cherubs with grape bunches forming stem. Hallmarks at the rim of the base include the enclosed angel mark of Munich (with two illegible digits indicating year) and a maker "GS" enclosed in a rectangle. The goblet and lid totaling approximately 22.76 troy oz. From the Estate of Max Ashendorf, Montague, Mich.
