"AUSTRIAN HAND-CHASED . 812 SILVER SNUFF BOX, C. 1850, H 1"", W 1 1/2"", L 3 1/2"":Having a hand chased motif of scrolls and flowers; monogrammed on the underside. Stamped with maker's mark on the interior along with worn trademarks. The number indicating fineness is legible as ""13"" (13 loth = 812/1000) as is a partial date of ""185..."" with the town letter being too worn to decipher, but it appears to be either a B or an E. 2.57 total troy ounces."
