BOB THAVES (AMER. , 1924-2006), MIXED MEDIA CARTOON & AN 'AMERICAN TYCOON' COLOR & INK CARTOON:Including 1 image by Bob Thaves, the creator of the Frank and Ernest comic strip, which shows a family viewing an apartment with a caption that reads "No pets or children are permitted, but if you catch a mouse he's yours" signed and dated, 2-14, 1977, 4 3/4" x 16" together with another ink and color pencil drawn cartoon which is entitled "The American Tycoon", 7 1/2" x 7 1/2". Both pieces are framed. From the ex-collection of Sarah and the late Draper Hill, Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
