Set accompanied by a solid butter knife of similar pattern made by 1847 Rogers Bros (American, 19th/20th century) Charter Oak pattern silver plated butter knife (7 1/8"). Total approximate weight (without silver plated knife and subtracting .5 troy ounce for each stainless blade) approximately 104 troy ounces.
