SEVRES PORCELAIN BOX, SIGNED HENRY, C. 1780, L 4 1/2":Cartouche shape box with hinged cover hand-painted with a courting scene in garden near sculpture of Cupid, signed "Henry", opening to colorful floral sprays; the exterior side panels are hand-painted with three landscape scenes. Signed on bottom with hand painted interlocking "L" shapes and date letter "L" (possibly for 1764, see additional photos). Raised gilt tracery. Metal rim. Measures H.1 3/4" x 4 1/2" x 2 3/4".
