Dave McGary (American, 1958-2013), "Eye of the Storm"-1993, patinated bronze sculpture, signed on base and dated "1993", numbered "21/X". American West Native American (Indian) figural bronze tabletop sculpture depicting a man ion horseback adorned in fringed and beaded chaps, beaded moccasins, leather tunic pelt and feathers, fierce and heroic man holdign rifle in hand and portrayed with painted face and wearing wolf head pelt as headdress over long braids. Man on horse with red geometric painted haunches, feathers on tail, and beaded harness. Figural group on a naturalistic base. Brass label with artist name and title on front of oval wooden plinth base. Accompanied with copy of Certificate of Authencity from Expressions in Bronze: McGary Studios, Alto, New Mexico from 1994 upon request. Overall approximate height 20", width 15.5", depth 8.5". Provenance: Acquired directly from artist's studio, McGary Studios, Alto, New Mexico by Mr. Sam Inman, Atlanta, Georgia in 1994.
