LENOX "STRATFORD" PORCELAIN DINNER SERVICE, FORTY-NINE PIECES:The service for twelve includes dinner plates Dia 10 1/2", salad plates Dia 8 1/2", bread and butter plates, cups and saucers and one open bowl H 4", Dia 8". Hallmark is the gold "L" in a wreath under which reads "Stanford / by Lenox / 0-12 / Made in USA." The Stanford pattern was produced between 1916 and 1974, but the gold hallmark was introduced in 1955, so these plates probably date between 1955 and 1974.
