WILLIAM BROWNFIELD & SONS EARTHENWARE PLATTER, 'THE CHASE', 1875, W 16", L 20":Transfer decorated platter depicts a hunter and his pack of dogs pursing a wild boar. The underside is stamped with the English registry mark, which dates the piece to 1875, along with the title of the platter and the maker's name; it is also impressed "Brownfield & Sons Ivory".
