VICTORIAN ERA SOCKET BAYONET, C1880, L 22" BLADE:having a 22" triangular blade, socket musket mount, leather and brass scabbard. Marks on scabbard and blade indicate manufacture after 1856 "WD" with broad 'arrow' mark. Possibly used with the Pattern 1853 Enfield musket-rifle.
