French, 19th Century. 19th century French white marble and gilt metal eight day clock garniture in the Louis XVI style the convex white enamel dial with garland decoration within a ring of Arabic numerals the eight day drum movement striking on a single bell stamped '1483' to the back plate, the drum case with urn finial on a two column portico style stand and rectangular white marble base and on four short turned gilt metal toupie feet. Height 19", width 10.8", depth 4".
