U. S. MILITARY LEATHER POUCHES AND BELTS WITH BUCKLES, 19TH C:two larger U.S. military ammunition pouches with leather flaps, 'US' cartouche in each flap, 7" x 8". Two smaller 20 round U.S. pistol cartridge cases one having a hinged lid with 'US' cartouche on flap and second having a strap and buckles, 3" x 6", one small half round percussion cap pouch with flap. 3" x 3", with flap. Two leather belts with Brass U.S. buckles. From the Frederick Moulton Alger (1876-1933), estate, Civil war soldier, U.S. cavalry during Spanish American War with Teddy Roosevelt, colonel in the U.S. Army during World War I; director, Packard Motor Company.
