NEEDLEWORK SAMPLER, 1847, H 17", W 18":19 th century needlework sampler dated 1847 and signed by Rebecca M. Cook, great-great-great grandmother of consigner's late spouse. Depicts a sailboat on a lake along with a poem and flowered border. A Michigan family with hand written family history on verso starting with Cook marrying into the consigner's family and ending with the marriage of the consigner's grand father. Wood framed under glass.
