After Salvador Dali (Spanish,1904-1989). "Space Elephant from the Temptation of St. Anthony", gilt bronze sculpture, incised on base "Dali". Surrealist figural sculpture depicting a stylized elephant with elongated thin legs with a tapered pyramid form on back with graduated circular motif on exterior. Elephant with upturned trunk and saddle on back, on an oval integral base further supported on a black stone rectangular plinth. Overall approximate height 21.25", width 6", depth 4.25".
