McDonough of Abany?? on White House stationary dated January 10, 1905 discussing a judicial appointment in Washington, the other addressed to James A. Wetmore of the Treasury Department dated June 18, 1907 from Oyster Bay, NY discussing Wetmore's appointment as Chairman of a special committee, both framed together with a typed letter signed "Wm. H. Taft", dated May 7, 1906 on War Department stationary discussing the San Francisco sufferers.
