Forbes Co. , printer (Boston and New York, 19th Century) Portrait of the BAY QUEEN of the Continental Steamboat Co. Printer identified by inscription in the matrix. Lithograph with hand-coloring on paper, depicting the steamer with passengers on deck flying an American flag and pennants inscribed "Continental Steamboat Co." and "Rocky Point and New Port" (Rhode Island), 15 1/2 x 23 in. (sight), in a bird's-eye maple frame. Condition: Scattered creases and tears, toning, not examined out of frame.
