Staffordshire Copper Lustre Daniel O'Connel Jug, England, c. 1828, commemorating his victory at the County of Clare by election in 1828, wide lustre borders surrounding a black transfer-printed portrait to either side with inscription, each bordered with an enameled and pink lustre floral spray, ht. 5 in. In very good condition throughout with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
