Helen Hyde (American, 1868-1919) Three Images of Children: The Daruma Branch , 1910 (Mason, 84); The Go-Cart , 1913 (Mason, 107); and A Windy Ride , 1913 (Mason, 113). The last two signed "Helen Hyde" in pencil within the image, each with date, monogram, clover chop, and copyright text within the block. Color woodcuts on paper, image sizes to 4 1/4 x 5 3/8 in. (10.8 x 13.5 cm), framed. Condition: Minor rippling, pale staining to Branch , not examined out of frames. N.B. The lot is accompanied by a copy of Jingles from Japan written and illustrated by Helen Hyde (Tokyo: Methodist Publishing House, 1907).
