Avigdor Arikha (French/Israeli, 1929-2010) Mirror with Self-Portrait and Press , 1971, edition of 30. Signed and dated "Arikha '71..." in pencil l.r., numbered "29/30" in pencil l.l. Etching on laid J. Whatman paper with watermarks, plate size 11 1/4 x 9 1/4 in. (28.5 x 23.3 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 2 inches with deckled edges, gentle cockling and soiling, glue residue to right edge on verso. Provenance: From a private New England collection, sold to benefit a philanthropic organization.
