First edition, first issue, with half-title, folding color-printed frontispiece map, and advertisements at the end dated "4.86," ads unopened, in green publisher's cloth, with black endleaves, binding a little sunned, slightly chipped at the foot of the spine. Together with: Catriona, a Sequel to Kidnapped , London, Paris & Melbourne: Cassell and Company, 1893, first edition, first issue, with half-title and advertisements at the end dated "8.93," in blue publisher's cloth with beige daisy printed endleaves, back hinge becoming loose.
