Three Bakelite Carved Bangles, the first in transparent yellow, green, and red with reverse carved flowers, the second in transparent green with carved flowers, the third heavily carved green with red resin wash, interior circumference 7 3/4 in. Note: Lots 421 to 543 come from the collection of Corinne "Corky" Davidov. Ms. Davidov co-authored "The Bakelite Jewelry Book" (1988) with Ginny Redington Dawes. Many lots in the collection are pictured in the book. Ms. Davidov also co-authored "The Victorian Jewelry Book" (1990) and is currently a writer for Lucire, a global fashion magazine. This collection was amassed over twenty years beginning with a few pieces owned by her mother.
