Continental, 20th century. Palatial Louis XVI style gilt metal and crystal ten light chandelier, the leafy scrolled corona hung with large faceted shaped prisms over a double scrolled cage, the upper tier with ten up-scrolled acanthus candle arms with leafy bobeches hung with beaded and faceted pear shaped drops, over the lower section with ten down scrolled arms, all twenty arms hung at the leaf tip with beaded and large faceted prisms, the whole gathered at the base with simulated rope band and leafy terminal further hung with crystal beads and pear shaped drops centered with large faceted ball drop. Height 61.25", width across widest part 46.5".
