Double page folio copper-plate engraved map, hand-coloring, old folds, matted and framed, 18 1/4 x 16 3/4 in. visible through mat opening. This map includes Maine and Vermont with indistinct northerly borders with Canada; Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, along with part of New York, out to the Finger Islands, including the Hudson River Valley. Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are also mapped, along with Jeffrey's Ledge.
